Anti-Dumping Measures of the European Union

The anti-dumping measures of the EU are an important instrument to protect European producers from unfair competition from abroad. It must be ensured that their application complies with the rules of the World Trade Organization and reflects the Union interest. Many results of the recent reform are considered positive by most economic operators. However, before any further reform is undertaken, an analysis of its effectiveness should be carried out, including consultation with the business community.
