The EU Commission is exploring ways to fight the use of shell companies for tax purposes. BDI supports the EU Commission’s fight against aggressive tax avoidance practices. However, we feel more focus should be given on completing the implementation of existing measures. BDI also advocates for a precise delineation from cases where shell companies are used for legitimate business purposes.
