EDPB recommendations 01/2020

The draft EDPB recommendations 01/2020 do not meet industry expectations. The BDI calls for guidelines that, while giving due consideration to constitutional principles and data protection law, provide data exporters with practicable pointers for the use of transfer instruments and help them maintain legal certainty for the indispensable transfer of data to third countries.
