One quarter of the German gross domestic product (GDP) is generated by German industry. It plays a major role for Germany’s continuing economic prosperity. With their products, German companies have solutions to the challenges of tomorrow and are therefore in worldwide demand. In this context, BDI approaches political decision-makers on the national and European level with the interests of the German industry. Moreover, it offers information and economic consulting for all topics relevant for the industry.
