Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most important key technologies in the industry. The legal framework for the use of AI in the European Union, that is currently being negotiated at the European level, has thus far-reaching consequences for the competitiveness of European companies. From the perspective of the German industry, there is considerable need for improvement in many areas of the proposal, presented by the European Commission.
