China and Germany have strong economic ties. This also results in challenges for taxation. Based on a good and constructive exchange between the BDI and a Chinese delegation from the tax administration already took place in 2019. We are pleased to take the constructive exchange and the conclusion of the new DTT with China as an opportunity to address remaining difficulties in taxation. The aim of our proposal is to intensify the cooperation.
