With a European Climate Law the EU Commission has to bring back entrepreneurial planning and investment security. To do so it needs to set realistic and feasible objectives that are in line with the holistic approach of the Green Deal. The German Industry as a major supplier and exporter of climate-friendly products and systems has an interest in a robust framework that brings climate and industry policy together.
